At Adorniq, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. Eligible products are covered under our 1-Year Plating Warranty from the date of delivery against plating discoloration or fading under normal use.
Effective Date: This warranty applies only to orders placed on or after 21 June 2026.

- This warranty applies only to plating discoloration or fading under normal use.
- It does not cover missing stones, loose stones, broken chains, damaged clasps, scratches, bends, accidental damage, misuse, or any other physical damage.
- All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Adorniq.
- Any complimentary or free product received as part of a Buy X Get Y offer or any other promotional offer is not eligible for warranty claims.
