Adorniq 6-Month Plating Warranty
At Adorniq, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. Eligible products are covered under our 6-Month Plating Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies exclusively to verified plating-related issues and is subject to review and approval by Adorniq.
Effective Date: This warranty applies only to orders placed on or after 21 June 2026.
Warranty Coverage

| 3–6 Months | Coupon code worth up to 50% of the product value paid after any applicable discount |

Covered Under Warranty
- Significant plating fading under normal use
- Significant plating discoloration under normal use
- Manufacturing-related plating defects
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos and videos of the product
- Description of the issue
Photos and videos must be taken in natural daylight or a well-lit environment and clearly show the affected area as well as the overall condition of the product.
Blurry, edited, filtered, low-resolution, poorly lit, or unclear photos/videos may result in the claim being rejected or additional evidence being requested.
Adorniq may request additional photos, videos, or information to verify the claim.
Claim Review Process
Warranty approval is based on the evidence provided and Adorniq's assessment of whether the issue appears consistent with a plating defect under normal use.
During review, Adorniq may consider factors including:
- The overall condition of the product
- The pattern and extent of fading or discoloration
- Signs of excessive wear, misuse, accidental damage, or chemical exposure
- Supporting photos, videos, and information provided by the customer
❌ Not Covered Under Warranty
- Missing stones, loose stones, or damaged stone settings
- Scratches, dents, bending, breakage, or accidental damage
- Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, rough wear, or excessive friction
- Damage caused by perfumes, chemicals, sanitizers, cleaning agents, bleach, chlorine, or similar substances
- Normal wear and tear
- Products altered, repaired, or modified by a third party
- Claims submitted with insufficient photo or video evidence
- Claims made after the warranty period

- All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Adorniq.
- Warranty benefits are issued only as a coupon code/store credit and are not redeemable for cash, bank transfer, UPI refund, replacement products, or exchange.
- Coupon/store credit values are calculated on the product value paid after any applicable discount.
- Adorniq reserves the right to approve or reject any warranty claim based on the submitted evidence and compliance with this policy.
- Any warranty resolution provided by Adorniq is offered solely at its discretion and does not constitute an admission of product defect or create an obligation for future claims.
- Adorniq reserves the right to request additional evidence or a physical inspection of the product before approving any warranty claim.
