📦 When Will My Order Arrive?

At checkout, you can select Standard Shipping or Express Shipping, with estimated delivery times displayed for each.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

🛒 Order Processing Time

• Express Shipping: Processed within 24 hours, dispatched the next day

• Standard Shipping: Processed within 48 hours, dispatched the next day

Processing Days: Monday to Saturday

• Orders placed with Standard Shipping on Friday evening–Sunday or Saturday evening–Sunday will be processed on Monday and dispatched the next day

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

• Most pin codes: 3–5 business days

• Rare delays: 2–3 extra business days due to unforeseen events

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is with the courier.

📢 Important Notes / Delivery Issues

• If delivery fails after 3 attempts due to unavailability:

  • Return shipping fee will be deducted

  • Remaining amount will be issued as Store Credit (Coupon Code) within 5–7 business days, valid for 6 months.

• Undelivered Orders:
  If your package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Parcel rejection

  • Unavailability at delivery

  • Unreachable phone number

  Then:

  • ₹200 deduction (or actual two-way shipping cost, whichever is higher) + 5% restocking fee applies

  • Remaining amount will be issued as coupon code within 5–7 business days
    

Once an order is OTP-verified and marked as delivered, Adorniq is not liable for any loss or claim arising after successful delivery (including parcels collected by building staff, guards, or reception).

🌐 Unserviceable Locations & Delivery Exceptions

• Before Pickup: If the pincode becomes unserviceable before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• After Pickup:

  • Courier may attempt delivery with extended timelines

  • If delivery is not possible and the shipment is returned to origin, the order will be treated as an undelivered order and processed as per Adorniq’s Shipping & Refund Policy. Applicable shipping charges, return-to-origin charges, and fees (if any) may be deducted before issuing store credit/coupon code.

• In case of force majeure events (including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control), Adorniq reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel delivery.
