📦 So, When Will My Order Arrive?
Before placing your order, you’ll have the option to choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping at checkout. The estimated delivery time will be displayed accordingly.
Once your order is approved, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with all relevant details, including tracking information.
🚚 Shipping Rates

Free Shipping across India on prepaid orders above ₹999/-.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a standard shipping charge of ₹119/- applies.

Any additional shipping charges (based on your selection or location) will be clearly visible during checkout.
🛒 Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders promptly:

Express Shipping orders: Processed within 24 hours and dispatched the next day.

Standard Shipping orders: Processed within 48 hours and dispatched the next day.
⏰ Order processing is done Monday to Saturday. Orders placed between Friday evening to Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

Most serviceable pin codes: Delivery within 3–5 business days.

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed by 2–3 additional business days due to unexpected events or logistical issues.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is handed over to our delivery partner.
📢 Important Notes

If your order is not delivered after 3 attempts due to customer unavailability, it will be returned to us. In such cases:

A return shipping fee will be deducted.

The remaining order value will be refunded as a store Gift Card with a unique coupon code, valid for 6 months.

🌐 Unserviceable Locations & Delivery Exceptions

In the case of force majeure events (like natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances), Adorniq reserves the right to cancel or delay delivery.
Two Possible Scenarios:

Before Pickup by Courier:

If your pincode becomes unserviceable before dispatch, your order will be cancelled, and you’ll receive an email notification with a full refund.

After Pickup by Courier:

If your area becomes temporarily unserviceable after pickup:

Delivery partner may attempt delivery with extended timelines (if available).

If not, the order will be returned to origin, and your refund will be processed via a store Gift Card.
