Adorniq Exchange & Refund Policy
At Adorniq, your satisfaction is our priority! While we do not offer returns, we provide easy exchanges and clear refund support, so you can shop with confidence.
✅ Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange for any reason, including:

You received an incorrect or defective item

You wish to exchange for another piece (size, style, or personal preference)
All exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery via Email or WhatsApp. Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.
💬 How the Exchange Process Works
1. Raise a Request:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and reason for exchange.
2. Provide Proof & Packing Video:
Record a clear, uncut video showing:

The product being packed in the same box it was delivered in

The invoice and any additional items received inside the box

The box being sealed securely with tape
Share the uncut video with our team. After verification, we will initiate the pickup request.
3. Shipping Charges:

Exchanges for incorrect item: No extra charges

Exchanges for any other reason normally include a ₹100-₹200 reverse pickup shipping fee, which may vary depending on the customer’s pincode.
🔍 Inspection & Replacement
All Returned items will undergo a quality check to confirm they are in unused and original condition
Replacement in case of incorrect item received will be shipped after successful inspection
Exchange requests made for any other reason will be fulfilled only through a coupon code of the product value (after any applicable discount), issued after the item passes the inspection.
If the requested item is out of stock, a coupon code will be issued equal to the product value (after any applicable discount)
💳 General Refund Policy
If an exchange cannot be processed in case of incorrect item received (for example, if the product is out of stock):

A coupon code equal to the order value (after any applicable discount) will be issued

Refunds are not credited to bank accounts or UPI, only as store credit/coupon code of the product value after discount (if applicable)
To be eligible, please submit photo and video proof of:

The product being returned

Outer packaging

Invoice

Shipping label (address clearly visible)
All proof must be shared within 24 hours of delivery via Email or WhatsApp.
❌ Cases Where Exchange or Refund Will Not Be Accepted
- Discounted or final sale items
- Used or damaged items
- Accessories or jewellery with missing stones after use
- Items broken while trying on or wearing
- Requests without proper proof or beyond the 24-hour window
Please note:
• We do not cover damages caused by handling, usage, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water beyond normal conditions.
• Adorniq is not responsible for how the product is handled after delivery.
• Claims made after extended usage/wear will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
• Any product found altered, used, or damaged due to mishandling will not qualify under our warranty or exchange policy.
All our pieces undergo strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure they meet Adorniq’s premium standards.
📦 Refund Policy for Undelivered Prepaid & Partial COD Orders
If your package is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Failed delivery attempts

Parcel rejection

Unavailability at delivery

Unreachable phone number
Then:

₹200 deduction (or actual two-way shipping cost, whichever is higher) + 5% restocking fee applies

Remaining amount refunded as coupon code within 5–7 business days
If a customer does not confirm their address within 24 hours, 5% of total order value will be deducted as a restocking & inventory hold fee, and the remaining balance refunded as a coupon code
🚚 Reshipping Policy
If you want your parcel reshipped, a ₹200 reshipping fee (adjusted by delivery location) will apply
