Return/Exchange & Refund Policy

Adorniq Return & Exchange Policy

At Adorniq, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a No Return Policy. Exchanges are only accepted under the following condition:

✅ Exchange Eligibility:

  • You have received an incorrect item.

To validate the claim, you must:

  • Share an image of the incorrect item(s) along with the invoice.

  • Submit the evidence within 24 hours of delivery via Email or WhatsApp.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including size issues.

If your exchange request is approved, we will replace the item with the original one you ordered—subject to availability and successful quality check of the returned item.

Important Instructions for Exchange:

  • Please record a clear and complete video while packing the item before handing it over to the courier partner.

  • Without valid proof, Adorniq will not be able to process any exchange or refund.

  • All claims must be supported with verifiable photo and video evidence.

No Exchange or Refund Will Be Accepted in the Following Cases:

  • Size issues – Please refer to the size chart or consult with us before placing your order.

  • Discounted or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted.

  • Accessories or jewellery with missing stones after use are non-returnable.

  • Items broken while trying on or wearing will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Requests made without proper proof or beyond the 24-hour window after delivery will not be accepted.

📦 Please Note:
For any return or exchange that is approved, a refund (if applicable) will only be processed once the product is received and inspected by us.

  • If the reason for return/exchange is found to be invalid after inspection (e.g., claiming a quality issue but the product is in perfect condition), no refund or exchange will be processed.

  • In such cases, the product will only be shipped back to the customer after the return shipping charges are paid.

Shipping charges will only be covered by Adorniq if the error is from our end (incorrect product is received) and proper proof is submitted.


Adorniq Refund Policy

We follow a No Refund Policy. However, in the case of receiving an incorrect item, the following will apply:

💳 Refund Conditions:

  • If a returned item fails our quality check (in cases where an incorrect item was delivered), only 50% of the product value will be refunded as a coupon code for future purchases.

  • If the returned item passes our quality check and the correct item is available, we will ship the replacement on priority at no additional cost. If the correct item is unavailable, 100% of the product value will be refunded as a coupon code valid for 6 months

  • Refunds will be issued within 1–2 business days after processing, sent to your email/ phone number in the form of a coupon code.


  • 📦 Refund Policy for undelivered Prepaid & Partial COD Orders:

If the package is returned to Adorniq due to the customer's error (e.g., wrong address, failed delivery attempts, rejection of parcel, not available at the time of delivery, given phone number uncontactable):

Prepaid Orders & Partial Cod Orders:

  • Refund will be issued after deducting ₹200 (or actual two-way shipping cost if more based on pincode) plus a 5% restocking fee.

  • Remaining amound will be refund in the form of a Coupon only, within 5–7 days of receiving the returned parcel.

If the prepaid or partially paid order fail to confirm their address within 24 hours of communication 5% of the total order value will be deducted as a inventory hold and restocking fee. the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of coupon code for later use.

Reshipping Policy:

  • For reshipping, an additional fee of ₹200 (less/more, based on delivery location) will be required.


Conditions to Be Eligible for a Refund:

  • Submit photo and video proof of:

    • The incorrect item

    • The outer package

    • The invoice

    • The address label

  • All evidence must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the order via email.

  • Refunds will not cover shipping costs.

  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued via a coupon code for the product amount only.

  • No refunds for:

    • Accessories

    • Orders still in transit

    • Delivery delays

    • Cancellations after the order has been processed (Prepaid)

Cancellation Policy:

Any order cancellation request before the order is processed, refund will be processed in 24-48 working hours of request and will be credited to the customer's  account in 5-7 business days.
